The house and the plot are surrounded by water on three sides and are located less than 1 km from Ærøskøbing and less than 100 meters from the island's best beach. The 6,800 m2 plot and the nature that surrounds it provide tranquility and a beautiful nature experience. Via a path along the water, you reach with 10 minutes walk to Ærøskøbing town, which is one of Denmark's best-preserved market town towns that oozes atmosphere, restaurants and shopping opportunities.

The house has a kitchen with dining area, living room with dining area, television and sofa / sofa bed and bedroom with double bed and a small adult bed. There is also a shower and toilet. Around the house there is a nice view terrace with several options for shelter from changing winds.

Next to the house is an annex containing a double bed, sofa bed and toilet with sink.
